REFUND POLICY

Due to nature of personalized/custom orders, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service by e-mail at myroyalescapade@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your products. We will do our best to rectify the issue. We will refund or exchange other products if they are in the same condition as they were received. Please send us an email to myroyalescapade@gmail.com to request and exchange or refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
