Terms & Conditions

We are Royal Escapades Luxury Vacation and are excited to help you with your travel needs. Please get familiar with our Terms & Conditions. 

The following terms and conditions apply to any trip booked with Royal Escapades Luxury Vacation (hereinafter referred to as “RELV” “our” “us”).  By booking a trip with RELV you (hereinafter referred to as, “you” “your” or “traveler”) acknowledge that you (i) are 18 years of age or older, (ii) understand and accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and (iii) are entering into a contractual relationship with RELV.

Price Policy 

​

All trip prices are as posted on the RELV website at the time of booking and do not include airfare.  Trips are priced per person, based on shared occupancy.  Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable.  Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice.  If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit (equivalent to the first month’s installment payment or other amount determined by RELV in its sole discretion) at the time of booking to reserve your space.

Payment Schedule 

​

Traveler understands and agrees to satisfy their balance in full no less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival. Should Traveler fail to submit the final payment 60 days out, a 10% late fee will be assessed each day based on the original amount. 

If Traveler fails to submit payment in full by 45 days prior to the date of arrival, RELV reserves the right to cancel booking and retain 100% of funds paid. 

RELV will notify Traveler in writing of the date & frequency of the scheduled payments.

Credit Card Payment/Processing 

​

RELV uses a third-party credit card processing company to provide Traveler with a convenient way of submitting payment. Traveler agrees to update Company’s records in the event that Travelers credit/debit card/bank account is closed, expires, or is no longer active for whatever reason. Traveler may contact RELV directly to provide updated payment information: info@myroyalescapade.com

Declined Payment 

​

In the event that payment is attempted by RELV and is subsequently declined, Company will provide Traveler with a courtesy email notifying Traveler of the declined payment method. If the past due payment is not paid within three (3) days of its due date, there will be a 10% late fee assessed for that interval’s payment. 

If payment has not been submitted within seven (7) days of the first payment attempt, RELV will cancel the Travelers booking and & retain all paid funds.

Refunds 

​

All payment to RELV is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because RELV has contractual agreements with our hotel, airlines, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.

Payment Disputes 

​

Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that she can no longer attend the planned trip. 

Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of RELV’s Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay RELV for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping including attorney’s fees. 

 

Cancellations

If under any circumstances, you need to cancel your booking, Please send an e-mail to info@myroyalescapade.com. You will receive a cancellation request form that needs to be completed in order to release you from any financial responsibility regarding this trip. By signing this agreement you are authorizing Royal Escapades Luxury Vacations, LLC to cancel your travel plans for everyone in your party with the suppliers. Your travel plans will be completely cancelled and will not be able to be reinstated without rebooking. Rebooking will be at the current rates at the time of rebooking. You are acknowledging that you have been advised of your refund options and penalties. You understand that Royal Escapades Luxury Vacations, LLC acts solely as a booking agent for the supplier. Refunds if applicable may take up to 120 days to be processed by suppliers. Just to confirm, by authorizing cancellation of this trip, you are indicating that you understand that third-party cancellation penalties, if any, will apply in addition to Royal Escapades Luxury Vacations, LLC Terms & Conditions of Booking. By completing this form, I am authorizing the cancellation of the reservations referred to above and may incur penalties as a result of this cancellations.I confirm that I have the right to cancel the booking for all travelers within this reservation. I understand that if I have travel insurance, it is my responsibility to obtain and submit all relevant information for my claim to the travel insurance provider. I do understand that there will be a $75 fee for canceling this booking payable to Royal Escapades Luxury Vacations, LLC. This fee will be charged to your most recent card on file despite if this form is signed or not.
